Let say millions upon millions of people disappear, and you dont believe in the Bible or it's doctrine, and you've were talk about such a thing by someone, but you wouldn't believe. Would you believe after such a phenomenon?
I'm not saying just athiests, but muslims, and jews and so forth.

So some of you would still be in denial, that's and strange thought. The one who mentioned the tsunami. Uh yeah alot of people disappeared but because it was a TSUNAMI!!
If millions of people just straight vanished leaving their possesions behind and all, I'd think even the biggest atheist would drop to his knees. (Actually that will happen anyways, wont it?)
Oh well.

No.
Because the Rapture is not a biblical doctrine, but a heresy invented in 1830 by an English preacher, if the Rapture actually occurred it would prove the Bible's teachings on eschatology false.

Hundreds of thousands of people disappeared during the tsunami a few years back. That does not make me a believer. In fact, that's good evidence to the contrary.
Unless god likes to see innocent children swept into the ocean.

People disappearing hardly is evidence of the truth of the bible. Yes, I would say perhaps something paranormal is happening. But that doesn't immediately point to a Christian answer to me.

They'd have to prove that's why there were gone. But I don't imagine missing too many of them all that much (especially if they are anything like some people on here), so I don't see the point in then converting and spending MORE time with those people.

If Christians started to disappear, I believe world peace would break out about 5 minutes after they were gone.

Yeah, it probably would.
I can't think of much short of a Rapture that would, however. And I remember how many unnecessary nightmares I had in my childhood because of this belief, and how my younger cousins had them, too.

I don't care if there is a being, or creator, or power that is above me. I still won't worship anything that has not earned my respect, and the way your so called "god" behaves is contemptible.

No. I'd think someone killed them. Considering the wars currently being fought I wouldn't be terribly surprised.
A rupture would make me bleed, though.
