May the peace, blessings and mercy of God be upon you
Unfortunately Satan has led many people astray, I seek refuge in God from Satan the outcast. I will talk about only Orthodox Jews and true Muslims.
They have 99.9% similar, we both have the same concept of God, which is that God is one. In hebrew this term is called Yichud, in Islam it is called Tawheed.
We have similar prohibitions, no pork for example not to mention all the rest....
The only differences arises that the Jewish people did not accept the Prophet's of God sent after Moses, first being Jesus Son of Mary who was sent to the Children of Israel, but we know what the Jews tried to do to him.
And finally they reject the Last and Final messenger of God, the Prophet Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him.
That ignorant person above me just shows how uneducated some people really are, I ask him to research who invented Algebra, where did the numbers we use today came from.

Who transcribed the entire philosophies of the Greek thinkers? It was from the Muslims that greek philosophies were translated into English.
Who was the first person to make physics an experimental science, instead of a philosophical one?

There had once been a similarity. The Quran contains so many legends and theological ideas found in Talmudic literature that we are able to draw a picture of the spiritual life of the Jews with whom Mohammed must have come into contact.
It was the Prophet Mohammed himself who attempted to negate the positive image of the Jew that had been prevalent earlier. According to historian Bernard Lewis, the Prophet Mohammed's original plan had been to induce the Jews to adopt Islam; when Mohammed began his rule at Medina in AD 622 he counted few supporters, so he adopted several Jewish practices-including daily prayer facing toward Jerusalem and the fast of Yom Kippur-in the hope of wooing the Jews. But the Jewish community rejected the Prophet Mohammed's religion, preferring to adhere to its own beliefs, whereupon Mohammed subsequently substituted Mecca for Jerusalem, and dropped many of the Jewish practices.
Jews faced the danger of incurring the wrath of a Muslim, in which case the Muslim could charge, however falsely, that the Jew had cursed Islam, an accusation against which the Jew could not defend himself. Islamic religious law decreed that, although murder of one Muslim by another Muslim was punishable by death, a Muslim who murdered a non-Muslim was given not the death penalty, but only the obligation to pay "blood money" to the family of the slain infidel. Even this punishment was unlikely, however, because the law held the testimony of a Jew or a Christian invalid against a Muslim, and the penalty could only be exacted under improbable conditions--when two Muslims were willing to testify against a brother Muslim for the sake of an infidel.

islam and judeo-christain beliefs are qiute different.
islam-- anti-science. jews and christain believe that god made the world according to natural laws and constants that can be studied to learn more about the world, and to worship gods greatness. islam however, believes that "allah"/satan just made the world, and can change it on a whim, like the direction of gravity, and as such, there is no reason to study nature.
also, medical wise, since it was forbidden to make pictures of humans, no dissection records could be made, so surgery and other body studies were innacurate and almost always fatal.
the one thing definatly attributable to islam is astronomy, which muslims used to oreint upon mecca.
islam thinks god can do anything it so chooses. those of judeo-christain belief see god as a mentor who could change anything at the drop of a hat, but chooses not to.
islam, which was invented over 600 years after christianity, stole the prophets from the older religions.
the only things these religions have in common is prayer.
islam, unlike christainity and judaism, cannot stand up against scrutiny, so the koran was not translated from arai for a very long time.
muslim men learn only the koran and skills reqiured for day to day living, whereas christains and jews study everything from boilogy to accounting.
sexually, muslim men refuse to control them selves, raping and forcing women to dress in billowy and thick garments so they dont rape even more.
islam is also the only religion that doesn't have a form of the ten commandments that other faiths, like christainity, and hindduism and buddism have.
basically, islam is the evil deformed twin of judaism
plus, they cant drink alchohol
andf they didn't invent algebra. (check wikipedia)

In Judaism (Israel) a individual may well be overtly gay with none worry of having hanged or stoned. in actuality their capital is the gay capital of that barbaric area. on the different hand there is rarely any Islamic united states the place you are going to be overtly gay and be alive after asserting your self as gay. i assume this distinction is maximum considerable. i don't care what faith of Judaism says yet cutting-edge days Jews at the instant are not illiberal of human beings with adjustments whilst Muslims will on no account develop.

Both have the same view of God
Both believe that you do not need to be a member of their faith to get to heaven.
Both recognize each other as monotheists.
They have different views of who Jesus was, as well as Mohammad.
They also have different views of the status of the Hebrew Bible and the Mosaic covenant.

One common thing is that we're (Christians, Jews and Muslims) all trying to get to the same place. We just each have different ideas about how to get there.
