I've met this great fellow. He and I have quite a few things in common, have great chemistry and we both would like to date each other and possibly have a realtionship.
Problem is that he is so busy at work, and when he promises to see me, he has to cancel.
Is he putting me off and just stringing me on? We've known each other a few years and we are both finally free of our relationships and it would be great to see if this can work for us.

He could really be busy. When I worked in corporate America I had to always cancel my personal plans for some unexpected reason. I hated that! Just hang in there you will get together.
