You can't lose weight by starving
and you can't lose weight by giving
up all the things you love. Just eat
whatever you want..only half as much.
It really works...

I would first find out through your own personal experience and documentation of results what you burn more of Carbs or Protein. It is important to get both however and you will never go wrong if you split it down the middle. I personally eat five to six meals a day. These meals are portioned small and should leave you a little hungry when finished. You will find this hunger will go away after about a half an hour, as your body takes time to know that it is full. That is why people overeat. Make sure to exercise to your body type thirty minutes every other day or at least three times a week. What I mean by this is to Run if your in shape and trying to gain a six pack, or if you have knee problems and you are a little overweight swim or bike. Do what works best keeping common sense in sight. This is by far the easiest way to diet. Also, to avoid starvation mode from your body be sure to cheat once a week. This doesn't mean a whole large pizza before bed. Just throw in a "little" treat for the hard work.
Remember diets are work and should feel somewhat like it. I hope for you the best.

mmm... stay away from the burgers, Man!! It you want a burger get a turkey burger or even better a veggi burger (burger king has them..if you have to go the fast food route) I don't believe in dieting but I truly believe in portion control.. eat what you like (within reason) but get a smaller plate and don't go for seconds :) Also, drink lots of water and drink something before each meal (it tricks the stomach into thinking is full). Grab a healthy snack like fruit and carrots for between meals. apples and peanut butter are great too. I have a BIG sweet tooth so I went and got a bunch of baby food desserts...Hawaiian delight is my personal favorite. Or sometimes I heat up apple sauce and 3 vanilla wafers, sound weird but taste great and gets rid of the sweet craving. If you are serious about losing weight remember you cant just diet you need to get some sort of exercise too. Good luck !

You can try veggies anf fruits plus more fiber in your diet. But if you live in the real world like and you don´t really like steam broccoli, you could try cutting fat from your diet, try smaller portions of what you normally eat. Drinking diet sodas also helps they don´t taste so nice but you get used to it....It is ok to have a burger, as long as you have it without mayo, bacon or cheese. No fries also.
Fast food eater..DON´T SUPER SIZE or have a grilled chicken sandwich or salad. Is you have a craving for sweets, stay off chocolates and ice cream...try oatmeal cookies (2 at most)...
Now days it is hard to diet, especially if you don´t have time to cook. So I try to choose the best option when eating out like having no bread with dinner or starting with a soup that fills you up.. You should also start an exercise program with your diet, because when you decrease your calorie intake, your metabolism naturally slows down.

wrong... a VEGGIE burger sounds nice. on a whole wheat bread w/o mayo! dieting doesnt mean giving up the food you love, it just means finding a way to modify it. love milkshakes? try smoothies made with low-fat yogurt instead. like hamburgers? switch to veggie burgers (same for almost all meats) looove eggs? try egg whites, or Egg Beaters egg substitute. trade whole wheat for white bread and pasta. nooooo greasy fast food. Mc Donalds has GREAT healthy options now, like salads, parfaits, andthat fruit and walnut salad is like the bomb. also their ice cream is reduced fat. also subway's 7 under 6 menu shapes up quite well. and you can add cheese and mayo to ur sub for less than 100 calories. so there you go, so options to kick start your weight loss. good luck, and remember itsnot a diet, its a lifestyle change. healthy eating must be made a part of your life in order to maintain what you've lost and what not.you can do it!!

You should make a diet high in proteins and low in carbs. A good source of protein are egg white, poultry like chicken without the skin, clean veal and fish. Avoid all kind of fat partially hydrogenated oils. Make use of all kind of veggies, as darker green as better like spinach and broccoli which are high in B-12 and riboflavin. Drink a lot water and at least make a routine of exercise 3 days at week at least 20 minutes. Before to start any routine and diet make your self to be examine by a health professional to establish a good routine by your age, condition, bone sizing, your high and body fat.

Eat your burger or anything else you would like, but first take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before your meal. ACV has 93 vitamins and minerals. ACV will curb your appetite so food is secondary. Remember to drink 6-8 glasses of water per day to help flush out fat. ACV grows hair and nails long too. ACV cures acne. Read the earth clinic website for more info. Don't forget exercise.
