if you really like her this much, go for it, tell her how you feel. unless she's happy with her boyfriend she has now. if she's happy wait it may blow over, and if it doesn't be happy she's found someone special, you want her to be happy, don't you?

If she's dating someone else it's sounds like she is off limits......Just think about it this way, would you like it if someone came after your girl.
