Can a doctor tell a patient in a rude and belittling way, telling the person.. oh, well everyone dies. Where stopping your treatment anyways... Making the patient feel as if all hope is lost and now they have a higher chance of an organ failing and maybe even cause death. Also infront of two other nurses making the patient feel incompetant and causing great sadness and fear. And have them police escorted the patient.

I suppose he can say anything he wants. But it's not gonna give him a very good reputation. I would make sure I spread the word of his behavior to as many people as possible!! Also, check with the AMA and other organizations dr.'s get into. You may find the right person to file a complaint with.

I do not understand your question. But wow that sounds pretty intense. i woudl like to think it is unusual for doctors or nurses to treat patients rudely or in a belittling way. Ungfortunatly I have found that is not the case. My single mother sister has no health insurance ans is almost always treated like a huge inconveniece when she goes for heatlth care. I have fabulous health insurance and have not once had an issue with being treated that way. I do not know if there is realy any connection my sister is very docile and timid and i take no cr*p from anyone so that coudl also be the difference. Anyway i wanted to let you know you are not alone even though i don't quite knowhat you are looking for
