ok. so there is this guy who is a best friend to the guy who dumped me (about a month ago.. for another girl....) now this whole group of friends i realized are just the types of guys who only date girls they think are attractive and easy. (which is i think why it didn't work out with me and that last guy) so anyways, this best friend told me he liked me a lot.. and i can't tell if it is sincere.. because of this fact. all he ever does is call me beautiful and hot and smart and all this stuff.. but not really get to Know me.. so i think it might be..? because i told him i'm not ready for anything anyways, and he said he couldn't be even friends, if i didn't want anything more because that's what he "needed." also i am going on a date with him monday (long story as to Why..), but i am scared that he will try something because of this. he knows how i feel- that i don't want anything more.. but still do you think he will try to make a move since i gave hiim this one date..?! any thoughts?

watch out for a guy who says he "can't just be friends"...that is a sure sign that he is just looking for some action. I think you know the answer to this question and just need reassurance, right?
go with your instinct and don't feel obligated to do anything you are uncomfortable with. Any guy who pressures you is an ASSHOLE. If he hasn't tried to get to know you then why are you wasting your time...

Hell Yes, he will definitetly try something. Girl , I know, I have been around the block way to many times. I have had the same thing happen to me. Believe, do not go out with him, He is just going to use you up and throw you away. He might seem to understand that you don't want to do anything with him, but he's just waiting for that date to get his chance. He is not worth it. After all , His best friend uses girls, So don't you think he would too, I mean that is what best friends do. Stick up for one another.

If a guy really likes you like what he claimed to be he wouldn't shoot down the idea of being friends with you until you are ready. I know this guy who was interested in one of my friend but she was also in the same situation like you and he waited for her for quite a while before he tried to make any move. Trust me if a guy want your heart he will do anything to stay at your side just like a hunter watching his prey( trying to use a guy's term) just in case you feel like dating again. If he insisted of taking it further even though he knew you are not willing, he isn't interested in you but he is interested in your body. Anyway, i just said this base on my observation, you are the one making the decision, trust your instinct if you feel something wrong better run before anything happen.

He has not shown you any indication that he is interested with you as a person, even saying he doesn't want to be your friend. He thinks he can get some.
On Monday, he will make a move soon as there is an opening. Watch out!

If you want to test him, just plan the evening in public places, leaving as little alone time as possible. And if it comes up in the conversation make it clear that you will not have sex. If he still sticks around after all that then he may really like you. Be very careful though.

If he attempts to make a move on you, punch him in the face. Or some such thing like that. Yelling at him would probably work too, especially if it's in a restaurant. Just don't let him in your house or go to his. Heh. Good luck.

Girl I didn' even have to read half of that and have your answer.Don't let anybody screw you over,go with your instinct on this you don't want to be hurt inthe end.These guys are totally not worth you time.Be yourself and find a guy that is going to respect you no matter what.

If he REALLY liked you he would want to be your friend and would respect the fact that you didnt want anything more than that. But if your really confused this date will sure let you kno what he really wants......which i think is exactly what you think he wants.....good luck and think smart

You sud have been sensible before you date him and now when you have dated you sud prepare to face bad.
In dating generally guys want sex and that you sud know.
Go prepare with all this or forget dating.
