"Jiuzhaigou" used believed its a place for gods. now its for tourist. Also they have one of the most highest airport in the world. great scenery in all the 4 seasons.

Seriously though, it depends on how you define beautiful. The north is beautiful with snow while the south has beautiful mountains and stuff. It used to be Guilin but that place is getting filthy.
