I would say put stock in McDonald's but with your attitude you probably won't live that long. The fact that the way you look on the doesn't bother you is fine. It's the inside you really need to worry about, you can't be healthy.

sure if you want to die young, suffer extreme bullying by peers, never have the chance of a decent life/career/girl the answer is simple, eat more junk food faster, that way you'll pile on the pounds in no time, my son was the same age/weight and waist size as you when he was 15, he is now a 30" waist, weighs 147lbs and has dropped 3 shoe sizes, and hes just coming up on 18yrs old this september, oh and he has a really classy girlfriend to, if you think this is a possible alternative to what you're suggesting, here's how he did it.

1. smaller portions at main meals
2. lay of the junk food, eat more fruit and veg
3. stop drinking sodas, switch to concentrates diluted with water
4. start to exercise a little each day, short walks to start with.
5. no drinks or food other than water after 7pm
6. cut down on all starchy carbohydrate laden foods, i.e. bread, pasta, potatoes.

thats all he did, now he's a hundred times happier/confident and has no B.O. problem because he doesnt perspire as much as he used to when he was your size. So in short, live fat, die young, or live healthy and have fun. It's up to you. Good luck.

You allready know how to increase it. Just keep doing what you are doing. However, be aware that in the near future, you will end up with diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and various other problems....
