I can tell you're worrying about whether the colors of the metals will clash because one is a yellow metal and the other is more of a silvery gray. Are you thinking of the picture where the camera zooms on the bride and groom's hands together on a Bible or marriage certificate, or maybe the picture where the rings are lying together with the bride's bouquet? Those will be the ONLY times a closeup will be taken of the rings themselves, and to answer your question, I think it will look fine. Your rings represent your commitment to one another and the individual qualities of the person wearing the ring. Don't worry if your pics aren't cookie-cutter perfect -- let them be a true representation of YOU and your husband!

Really - it's your wedding! Do it the way you want, and don't worry about the small things.

Of course having different rings makes no difference in the pictures - it's what is attached to those rings that makes the difference.

I'm a special events producer, and although I don't plan weddings myself, many industry colleagues say how many brides stress over the minor details that really don't matter on such a special day. Problems may happen, the pictures may not turn out how you want, but remember to enjoy your day and celebrate the marriage to the one you love! Again - this is your day, do it the way you want and don't fall into common trends or family pressures.

Good luck and congratulations!

Hope this helps.

It is just fine to have two different rings. Everything these days seems to be getting away from the traditional look

There is nothing wrong with having different rings. You do not have to go with tradition but go with how you like it.

That will look fine. My husband and I don't have matching rings, the picture looks great.

can't see why you can't have different rings you are the ones that have to wear them so you need to like what you are going to wear everyday
