What is the best small video cam?

I am looking for something that I can use for video blogging, with a really great quality picture/resolution. I was thinking about the kodak v570, what do you think is the best for a professional, clear picture?

help please!!

The V570 would do the job but it's MEPG4 which will be hard to convert. You need to look for a program that will convert it to a format that can be used on the interent.
