What will happen if i get pulled over and i dont have insurance or a current registation?

CA law states your vehicle can IMMEDIATELY be impounded by the cops, and your license suspended and YOU heavily fined for not have insurance.

It depends on what city you live in. In San Francisco, your car will be immediately impounded.
