exercise strengthens muscles and increases the metabolic rate (depending on the level of intensity that is used). if you want to increase the level of definition in the mid-section you need to decrease body fat

There are a few good exercises that I use in my Ab training sessions:
standard crunch - hands behind head, crunch abs up SLOWLY, and lower slowly as well; This places more stress on the target : abs.
Lying leg raise - position yourself on the ground flat on your back. straighten your legs out in front of you, tighten your abs, and with a slight curve in your spine, lift your legs up about six inches from the ground, hold for a second or two, then lower. make sure to only use your abs to raise and lower your legs.
this exersise seem to hit the lower portion of the abs well.
there are a lot more, but i use these the most because they are easy to perform and take no specialized equipment.

To show off your abs, you need to burn off the layer of fat that is covering them. To do this you need to go on a calorie restricted diet and do a lot of exercise including cardio and sit ups. The layer of fat will not go away by simply doing sit ups and crunches.

first i like to tell you you cannot directly lower the abs by simply exercising to them too much.because ab muscle is a large muscle in your body,so large fraction of the foods your taking is try to fix the muscle or rather i can say trying to recover it.If your body upper part is heavy then to fix the endurance of the muscle
the fat included in your food try accumulate the chest muscle,also if you are eating large food amount per day,the blood level of your stomach can be extremely high.so may be one of these reasons or both of these reasons your stomach getting large.to lower the chest muscle in real state you do not need equipments like which gives back support to your to your body and does work out for your stomach muscle or which gives too much work out (isolated) for your stomach muscle only like that only you need is a good method.Also in real life there is no one to give a back support .so also in excising bcoz of that reason you do not need back supporting equipments.So all you can do to decrease your stomach is simply running,but do not take too much food like you previously done.just stop eating for now,then you take only vitamin and glucose ,you can find glucose in carbohydrate or directly glucose packets in pharmacies but if you face situation like gastritis try to take the minimum amount of food level which override that kind of situation(the food must be low calorie food and protein percentage of the food must be zero or a value near to that ).only taking both those food types you start running,then you can turn you blood level from stomach to other organs,(hands(small fraction) legs (large fraction) etc....)so you can easily burn fat without too much of work(whole body),but you will feel tired in first few months .After you reduce fat also your weight.do it until you can run 15 km otherwise you want succeed even 75 percent to gain the (I am telling you because i have studied these things last few years and my sister is physiotherapist)then you can go to a gym then start exercising slowly also you can stop your running programmer or yo can continue it if you like but it is not crucial for your target now.
do exercising to your arms and other body parts also the stomach when you feel you can not go further increase you food Level like a pyramid you must do exercises at morning then you can take food like this.Also you must do exercising 6 days per week if everything goes like i said above try 7 days for a week if you can it is the best.Take protein from egg whites,its the only source to get protein without fat,but you must boil the eggs before you taking them bcoz in side the egg it has certain amount of infectious bacterias you can destroy them by simply boil them,also there is a protein inside the egg which can stop absorbing b complex to your body you can destroy it also by boiling the egg .Do not take egg yellow it will increase your hdl level i mean cholesterol level in your blood,it will cause you heart trouble.Then slowly increase the egg whites amount also you can increase glucose level bcoz you need energy bcoz you are increasing your muscle level.Also remember this the structure of the food you are taking should be like this low volume and high calories and high amount of vitamins and high amount of proteins should be included,but the volume of the food should be low ,you will see that will be able to take you to high performance.
Also important you must take vitamins .Vitamins has certain amount of Antioxidants.Antioxidants help to reduce the damage which causes by lactic acid which is produced when you are doing the exercises(they will neutralize the action of lactic acid to your muscle).Also do not forgot you must take other nutritional sources like milk ,leaves etc....(you can get a advise from a doctor if you want)but do not forget increase them too.but remember you can increase the nutrient amounts when you can not go further<- remember this if you can go for further higher weights in certain food level do not try to increase it .this is very important ,if you forget this you can be fallen in to previous state again.If you have further question do not hesitate ,you can just ask me.OK good bye.do not forget everything i said.
