I put a leave in conditioner (aussie) in it right after I get out of the shower. I blow dry it on a warm or cool setting and when it is completely dry (the next day is perfect so your hair can rest) I spray a heat protector (matrix) on it and flat iron it section by section and then put a smoothing cream and hairspray. When I don't have time for the whole process I put a ton of hair gel in my damp hair and blow dry it with a diffuser. My hair is ultra puffy and curly/wavy and this is all I have been able to do to make it work.

first off you have to commit. Do you want straight hair or do yo want curly hair?
I suggest for and inexpensive curly hair solution is to leave a small amount of conditioner in your hair after brushing it in the shower. Keep the conditioner on your hair and away from your scalp by bending over and putting it on the ends first then wrap in a towel. leave the towel in for about 10 to 20 minutes after your shower and then just scrunch and go. this makes for light soft but defined curls.
other wise invest in a good straightening iron
and good luck!

I like this new line called Wen by Chaz Dean. He thinks that it's the chemicals that create the lather that strip our hair, so he invented a "cleansing conditioner" that replaces the shampoo and the conditioner. It has turned my hair from a giant frizz ball to beautiful silky curls, and all my friends are using it after they saw my hair. You can Google his website and I think his products are on eBay and QVC as well. He has four formulations; you can read up on them. I think you would be happy.
