I infer that it implies a lady-person with a lot of chalk, tile and dust in her draws. And the odd ornament, maybe!

a vagina like sleeve of wizard. - Borat. A girl goes to doctors with a minge like a ripped out fireplace, doctor says aaahh, I can't help you with that, try doctor next door. She goes next door, 2nd doctor examines her and says aaaggrhhh, no, I cant help you, try the man next door. Is he a special doctor? says the girl, because he'll be the 3rd doctor I've seen today. No, says the 2nd doctor, he's a joiner and he'll put a door on it for you.

Yes I've heard of it. As a friendly description, it is only bettered by "a face like a burst sofa".
