but i dont know what she thinks of me? we have been friends for 6 months and we text each other a lot but i dont know whether she has any feelings for me! she is 23 and is 2 years elder then me i dont know what she takes me as! is there any way to find out? i just cant help myself to think about anything else but her! what steps should i take?

Although it is scary at times you should just tell her how you feel. That doesn't mean you have to come out and tearfully profess your undying love for her, but give her not-so-subtle hints about the fact that you have feelings for her. You could say, "Do you think you could ever see us together," and see how she reacts. You should be able to tell rather quickly whether or not your advances will be reciprocated.

Tell her! If shes such a great friend than she wont get offended. Whats the worst that could happen- she laughs at you. At least you have piece of mind knowing you were true to yourself. I find it helpful to write a letter

Texting is a easy way to tell her your feelings without getting all tongue tied in person...it sounds like she is being receptive, so take it to the next level...what ever that is for the two of you.

be casual, if your worried about it ruining the friendship scope out the waters first. Ask her if she's got her eye on anyone, gage the answer that way and if she starts gushing about anohter guy, go ahead and back off. But if not or if she plays coy, hang out one on one and see how she's feeling you there....
