It's gotta be Efren Reyes of the Philippines. They call him the Magician because he makes the hardest shots to pocket. They call him "pinaka-magaling" or "the greatest" or "the best"

Of course, this is going to be subjective, but I would cast my vote for Efren Reyes of the Phillipines. Of all the players alive today, I believe he is the best all around pool player. Historically, I would have to go with Willie Mosconi. M.D.-BCA Instructor/Referee.
