How do you scrunch your hair?

I have mousse.

and it doesnt work well, wet hair or dry?

I have very straught hair but I can get a nice curl if I scrunch it using mousse when my hair is just washed and I leave it until its just damp not wet or dry. I tip my head upside down and run the mousse through it then scrunch it in my hands, grab the hairdryer with the defuser thingy attached and dry it. While I'm drying it I keep scrunching it, then throw loads of good hairspray on it and dry some more. Flip my head back up right and yippeee NICE CURLS!!

Make sure your hair is very wet!! LIke right after you get out of the shower, towel dry your hair a little and right away apply gel and start scrunching. After wards i recommend you tie your hair into a bun, like twist it and tie it all together, if you have a lot of hair, make two buns. Leave it like that while you do your make up and get dressed etc, then after wards let is down and continue scrunching andif needed, apply some more gel. I personally like to add mousse too, sometimes even hair spray, that way i won't have to worry about it during the day because it'll stay put and look nice.

you need a diffuser for your blow dryer. You can use mousse, but try a curling lotion instead. Set the dryer on medium heat and "scrunch" with your hands. the diffuser will keep the curls from getting frizzy. your hair should be wet, but not dripping. towel dry

well, wet your hair, then towl dry it a bit. not too much though. then, put a curl booster cream and mousse. now, 'scrunch' your hair by getting small strands and squeezing in your hand next to your head.

use GEL and flip ur head upside down after towel drying coat ur hands and scrunch. Use lots and lots of gel!

buy scrunching gel, it is specially made. and do it when it is wet, then dry your hair with it in. also just srunch your gel into your hair.

wet off course, use sum gell, and top it of with hair spray...
mix it up all together and tie it as a knot in mix bun then when almost dry untie it and va la
