Lately I have been feeling distance from my friends & left out, & that they are 2 busy for me.. I don't feel like I have anyone 2 just talk 2 & been feeling very lonely.. I feel like I am stuck in a rutt & nothing seems 2 excite me too much anymore.. I don't have enough money 2 change my situation or see a councillor & have tried unsuccessfully 2 find a higher paying job 2 try & feel better about something... Last night I broke down & started crying.. at 24 I live by myself & work by myself in a small office all day..I just felt unloved & it got 2 much for me.. I am not overly close with my parents & they don't express their feelings...they have never told me that they love me.. I have never had a member of the opposite sex tell me they love me.. I have never been in love.. it all came to me when I realised the only reason I have been thinking of getting a puppy is so that I have someone that loves me unconditionally... I am unsure of what 2 do.. has anyone else felt this low before?

I am not suicidal or anything like that.. just feel really low.. and want to try and snap out of it but nothing ever seems to go my way... Most people think that I am quiet happy & cheerful but I keep these feelings to myself as I don't want to be a burden on anyone...

Distract yourself, maybe get a flatmate, join a sports team or a choir or something that makes you feel good.
Ring your parents and tell them everything - make them listen and if it makes no difference well at least it's off your chest.
I felt that way a couple of years ago and then I took up some ridiculous sports like cross country cycling, surfing and rock climbing. I SUCK at all three, seriously badly but I have made friends and I no longer feel like I'm wasting my life. I also spent a year overseas which was awesome.
Another idea is to do some waitressing or bartending in the evenings, you'll make new friends and won't have time to be bored and sad. Plus you'll have extra cash to splash around and to help you achieve your goals.

Reading what you wrote sounds like a direct description of me. Except I'm much younger and been like this for about 4-5 months. I know exactly how you feel. Things that you used to like to do are no longer exciting. You can be around a group of friends and still feel incredibly lonely. I describe it as missing something in life. Understand that you are not alone. There are a few alternatives if finding a therapist isn't workable. Exercising, getting a pet, being social, possibly religious activity, meditation and writing in a journal. I'm sure that all sound like crap, but I learned this in my Psychology class; great alternatives for a therapist that will work wonders if you stick with it and try hard. It is possible that you may be in a cycle of negative thought, which is really hard to break. If this is the problem, catch yourself in that negative thought and turn it into a positive. I really suggest writing in a journal. In that journal ask yourself why are you feeling like this and what you can do to feel better again. It does sound like a simple question with a hard answer but just consider it and let what you think run free and let one thought flow to another. Don’t' worry about it sounding stupid, or spelling or grammar. Write from your heart. When you read back on it later you may realize the answer or notice a lot of negativity that you haven't seen before. Another suggestion is to stop faking it. Take your closest friend and tell them what is going on in your life. I doubt it will be a burden to them if they truly love you as a friend. Tell them this is happening to me and I need your support to help me get through this. Find ways to vent and let yourself be your number one concern. Don't compare you life to others because that will get you no where (trust me on that one) And get that puppy. Nothing wrong with unconditional love.
Hope I helped.

I see the problem, I think the solution is to meet someone. I am guessing a boyfriend of some sort. Go out to a bar or club, try to have a good time. Do things that you dont normally do in your life. You are not old, you are only 24. So you still have time to enjoy. Maybe marriage is the thing you're looking for. That is my opinion. You could be depressed and no I have never felt this low before to answer the original question.

We all go through down periods in our life. It can certainly feel very isolating to work and live on your own. A counsellor will be helpful for you to assit you in finding goals and direction in your life. You can always try life line. And many of the churches offer proper qualified counsellors and they are very reasonable in their price. But also they will never turn you away if you are unable to pay as well.

You have the symptoms of depression. Speak to your Dr. about this. Don't let it go too long 'cause it could get worse. Very likely just a chemical inbalance that can be corrected easily with medication.

I experienced comparable warning signs mutually as i replaced into at college. I used to sleep 15+hrs an afternoon. i did no longer experience depressed on the time and could on no account have stated it replaced into because of the direction. i ultimately had to drop out because of the fact i could have been given so a good distance at the back of i could no longer capture up. bypass and spot a doctor, each and all the indicators you talk approximately are linked with melancholy, undergo in thoughts you do no longer could desire to experience unhappy to be depressed, it rather is a chemical element! they could be waiting to advise something that could desire to help you to stay on your direction, it rather is the main necessary element.

The Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM IV) defines premature ejaculation as a persistent or recurrent ejaculation with minimal sexual stimulation before, on or shortly after penetration and before a person wishes. Wow, that’s not a sexy definition. Personally, I define it as you come quicker than you or your partner wants. Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation https://tr.im/770b8
