Like your eyes, brain, intestines, etc...? Before you're buried?

They don't take anything out of your body, but in order to keep your mouth from staying open, they sew your gums together. I think they do the same thing to your eyelids. Also, they take your blood out of you and fill your veins with something else so rigor mortis doesn't happen so they can move you freely and take their time with dressing you up, placing you in your coffin, etc.

Unless you donate your organs or something, they take nothing out of you (except blood).

If a body is embalmed, they replace the blood with embalming fluid.

Organs are not removed unless permission has been given by the donor or the family; the body is kept "alive" on machines until the organs are removed.
