i woud like to weight 125 pounds before summer,but for the moment i want to lose as much weight as i can for spring break.

i would like a good diet for me i want to add exercise but dont know where to start.please help

There are several ways to lose weight. You can limit your fat intake and exercise. The idea is to be disciplined and think about your goals in order to stick to the program.

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurites come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. Do alot of cooking at home using fat free butter spray, eat plenty of grilled veggies, fish and grilled chicken. I like grill onions, mushrooms and bell peppers then cut up the grilled chicken and mix them all together.

Do at least 45 mins of cardio 4-5x a week even if it light walking. Most of all with losing weight that fast you need to basically live and breathe changing your lifestyle and don't cheat! Not even once. It is a psychological thing mainly and physically possible

Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegtables. Cut down on high fat and high carb foods. Take a walk around the block. Make sure you drink lots of water. Don't drink soda. Juices are high in sugar too so only have one 8 oz. glass a day. You can count this as one serving of fruit.
