a six pack is made in the kitchen not in the gym. if you can't control your eating habits you can forget about ever getting a six pack. the types of foods that you eat and the amounts effect insulin levels and insulin determines if one is fat, lean or in-between

LOL, I suggest you put the six pack back in the fridge and take a look in the mirror. Go back to the fridge, grab the six pack, drink it down, go back to the mirror and you should be able to see the six pack you have. Now say....I'm dead sexy...

eating wont help by itself, try running everyday for minimmum 30 minutes, or other sportsTry me as the best answer.
