The annoying meowing all the time, the male cats coming around your windows.. Get her spayed, then you won't have to wonder.

You will be able to tell, trust me on this one. I had one female that went into heat. OMG! I would get so upset with her. She would prop her butt up in the air and just let the yowls out of her. She would roll on the floor and just cry her heart out. She did it a little during the day, but at night it was worse! My bf would come up and she would go crazy! He would hang his jacket on the back of the chair and she was all about that. She would actually go up into his sleeve and scream so loud! I called the vet a few days after she went into heat and begged him to fix her right then. You will know it when she is in full heat. They get so erotic, it's not funny. Have her spayed as soon as you can. It's worth it just not having to go through another heat episode. Hope this helps!

How old is she any way. I've always had my animals neutered or spayed, but from what I've heard, a cat in heat is very vocal, and raises her hind quarters up and carries on like crazy. Does she try more desperately to go outside. Goofy and very playful aren't all that descriptive, but what do I know.

There will be a lot of male cats hanging around and spraying around the yard and whining a lot. If you think she's in heat, don't let her out!!! Trust me! She will come back pregnant. You need to get her spayed. Most humane associations have free or reduced rates for spaying and neutering if you qualify.

I have a purebred Ocicat. For the first few years we had her, we were debating whether or not to breed her, so we never got her fixed. The meowing/howling was intense. Not only would she be sticking her rear up, but her tail would be bent to the side, as though to say "Come and get it!" Tacky, but true. We eventually got her fixed because we couldn't take it any more.

Why do you desire to reproduce her whilst there are so very, very many cats and kittens who want good properties and there in basic terms are not adequate. you're able to truly think of roughly what you're doing!! Get her spayed and undertake!!! in case you're breeding to sell the unfavorable little dears, you're element of the undertaking!!

When our cat was in heat (she's spayed now), she rubbed up against things and purred so loudly it sounded like she was groaning. We thought she was in pain!
