i can't get my nose stud to come out. i was told that you have to take it in and out otherwise it's stuck there cause the hole will close up around the metal. have any idea's on how i might be able to get it out? i move it around alot, but it's not helping.

I have my nose pierced as well i found out that a having a hoop in and just moving it side to side helped and my nose healed and then i put a diamond in. good luck. to get your out twist it. it will hurt but i got mine out that way.
