Specifically Catholic version. My religion teacher told me to look up these proposed changes, so i figure there have to be some.

There are no changes to the Creed itself. Rome just wants the English TRANSLATION to be more accurate.

Well, I used to be Catholic and I've never heard of any talk of such a thing. My priest would probably think it blasphemous. But if I had to change the creed, I would make it more about God and less about Jesus since the First commandment is, Worship thy God and thy God alone. And I'd leave the Holy spirit out all together, I don't even know what it/he is. You shouldn't worship something if you don't know what it is.

None. It wouldn't be Nicene any more if it were changed. Do you have any changes to propose? such as a clause advocating the arrogance of man?

Oh, stop it! Why would Catholics change their OWN Creed?

You can't change historic documents that way. How about we change the Magna Carta while we're at it?
