The Trim System Body Kit is really good. It focuses on the Protein Plus Diet created by the Better Life Institute which encourgages healthy balanced eating for a lasting lifestyle change.
It also comes with delicious meal supplements like protein bars and shakes and natural supplements like CLA, Citrimax and Chromatemeate so you will curb your appetite and retain muscle while you are losing fat.
For excercise it comes with DVDs that only take 10 minutes per day and focus on the four basics of cardio, weight bearing, core and stretching.

I've worn a size 0 or 2 for years and years, but when I went through menopause, at the age of 50, something happened to my body, almost overnight .... I added some padding around the hips, thighs and mid-section, and it doesn't matter what I do, it won't go away. I don't eat any more than before. My husband thinks I'm wrong, that to get back to my smaller size just takes exercising and dieting, but I know it's not. What a ***** this is.

I'm menopausal and I'm losing weight by eating a LOT LOT LESS and exercising a LOT LOT more. I'm hungry most of the time but eat very little. I'm losing slowly.
I never realized how much I was over eating until I really took the time to measure out a portion size and eat only that. A real serving of any food is a very little bit. (I couldn't believe it!!)
Eating less and exercising more for the rest of your life is the only solution aside from Lap Band Surgery.

As a menopausal woman I can tell you that it's no secret. It's just what noboldy wants to hear: decrease calories/ increase exercise. It's not rocket science. If you are not losing weight then you are taking in enough calories to keep the body from using up some of it's fat stores.
