can't MAKE somebody your boyfriend. You either have

"play hard to get" doesn't always work; I'd say ask him if he'd like to do something together- the movies, have a coffee, hang out generally. He'll hopefully count it as a date, and work from there.

only losers ask a guy out, men should chase women not the other way around, if a guy really likes you he'll make his move. all my guy friends get turned off by women that ask them out.

ask them if they like deceptagons cobras or jem and the holigrams murky dismal and they will tell you what kind of person they are maybee you should just tell them you want them to boyfriend ask them if they want to if you never tell them they will never no whats the most they could do tell you to fly a kite so what maybee you will meet a new person while your doing that

just ask him, but if he really likes you then he will want to be your boyfriend you will not have to make him....

say something like, "hey! let's go grab a cup of coffee/hot chocolate/whatever!". you can't "make" him your bf unless he does want to be your boyfriend! let him know that you're interested; "hey, you know, i am interested in you and not sure how you feel. if you're not feelin' it, i'd still be happy with a friendship!"

just ask him out, you can arouse his curiosity by suggesting coffee somewhere public. go slow and give him a chance to catch on as to what is going on. GUYS ARE NOTORIOUSLY DENSE SOMETIMES.

if you think he likes you but can't ask then you ask him yourself and see what he says, if he is shy after that there should not be too many problems
