Nothing short of liposuction and cosmetic surgery. Anything else (cocoa butter, vitamin E, scar creams) will only reduce their appearance.

Squats, butt lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best on the cellulite. Also, you can check out Velasmooth, Endermologie and Mesotherapy.

Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.

The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don't eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.

The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic and of course most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.

For stretch marks, there are MediSpa options that can dramatically reduce their appearance. The attached site has more info or you can call 888.517.4187 for a MediSpa or health club.

sorry to say, but being born male would do it!
I don't know of any cure all, if I did, I'd have my house paid off! I just saw a plastic surgery show and they stated that the cellulite is kind of like a permanent thing. A woman who was bone thin had it on her thighs with the dimpling and they were cutting the bands under the skin that created the dimpling but nothing was done for the fat. Sorry :(

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://tinyurl.im/aHLus

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

A tan definitely works, at least it makes them look better. But, I am slim everywhere, and drink water and exercise etc... but, I think I am doomed to have cellulite. My mother has it and I heard it is inherited.
