If the cop saw it, it wasn't a perfect crime. Also, if there was no evidence, how did he know the dolphin had been raped?
So the cop did it.

well,my IQ is 157 and i toughed the joke is not funny, its too obvious. so... what would a person with an IQ 180 think?!
