I mean, if let say a girl really love this guy and would like to see is there any chance of being together... so she go ahead and confess and tell the guy her feelings... is that ok?

its very common nowadays for girls to chase boy or the other way round... if u really like abt one person, try talk to him/her... or even confess towards him/her... Y not... give yoursef n the other a chance... dun let the chance slip away and u start to regret...

This is a tough one, some of us fellas like it when the woman makes the first move, others are turned off that they're being approached by a strong willed, confident female, and the scariest guys take advantage that the woman was so open and honest.
This is true about both sexes, before attempting to engage in a relationship, you should really assess your target outside of the infatuation to see if they actually are who your mind thinks them to be, or if they're actually just putting up a facade to appear more appealing to the opposite sex, but really don't have any endearing qualities.
