Only Catholics celebrate Jubilee anymore, the last was held in 2000 and the next shall probably be held in 2025.

In the bible, the Yovel year (Jubilee in English) was once every 50 years. It was a time where planting crops was forbidden, debts were conceled, and slaves were set free. Ancestral land that was sold reverted to its original owners. The idea was to teach that the land really belongs to God.
As far as I know, though, the tradition of which year exactly was the Yovel was lost. So one would know exactly what year on the Hebrew calendar it was.
