everynight, my hubby gets woken up by an electric shock felling around his right shoulder blade, its like having a fit, a sudden electric shocked, muscles twitching, and it connect through his right arm, he goes nuts coz he cant sleep, his mind is fully awake and his body is worn out... pls help me, find a solutions, i keep giving him a massage but its not helping... anyone, pls help me...tanks

A lot of times muscles twitching can be a sign of magnesium deficiency. He should ask his doctor about this.

he has muscle spasm or muscle cramps, he needs to see a doctor so that he can take something to relax the muscles.
