It's a vivitar camera and it has mc macro focusing lens and the focusing part all of a sudden was stuck so i turned it and something came loose and now the focuser is loose and just flops down and up loosly! How do I fix it or open up the camera??

Don't mess around with it
Take it back to where you bought it so they can send it in for fixing.
If they can't, you contact the camera company and find an authorized repair depot near you.
