Being able to go to the potty early does not mean your child has a higher IQ. It just means that she is showing an interest right now. If she is really ready, then she will be dry for several hours during the day, and want to go to the potty. I would be VERY careful about rushing it though. It is my opinion that if you try to get them to go on the potty too early, then it is the parent who is being trained, not the child. Anyone can keep putting their baby on a potty all day long and say they are potty trained. But the true measure of a potty trained child is one who rarely has any accidents, tells YOU she has to go to the potty (not the other way around), and understands the whole concept of why you use the potty. Good luck!

No , not art all .
The earlier the better .
My little sister was potty trained by 14 months days and nights.
She was either pretty smart or it was pure luck.
but if your child don't get it on the first time you try to teach him/her
don't worry about it . She /he will get it when they are ready . The best thing is to be patient and not scare them into it or make them feel bad about it . Try being encouraging about it and they will get it . Start worrying after the age of three.

If she is all ready showing signs then GO FOR IT before it is to late! It is never to early-unless your not ready to train her and stick with it. As a mother of two teens before the pull up age i strongly DISAGREE with pull ups. I dont believe pull ups help the child learn, i think they are just there for lazy parents who dont want to change their child underwear when they have an accident. If your daughter is going to wear pull ups, PLEASE dont abuse them for a long time, try only using them at night or tell her when they run out its time to wear big girl under wear. Please be creative and patient un like some moms these days!Im sorry that is not part of your question but i am just saying, thank you!

Potty education fulfillment hinges on actual and emotional readiness, no longer a particular age. Many young little ones teach interest in potty education by utilising age 2, yet others could no longer be waiting till age 2 a million/2 or perhaps older. and there is not any rush. in case you commence potty education too early, it could in basic terms take longer. Is your toddler waiting? ask your self those questions: Does your toddler seem involved in the potty chair or bathroom, or in wearing underclothes? Can your toddler understand and stick to trouble-loose instructions? Can your toddler ask basic questions? Does your toddler stay dry for sessions of two hours or longer in the time of the day? Does he or she wake from naps dry? Does your toddler have fairly predictable bowel strikes? Does your toddler inform you thru words, facial expressions or posture while he or she needs to pass? Is your toddler uncomfortable in moist or grimy diapers? Can your toddler pull down his or her pants and pull them up returned? in case you responded as a rule sure, your toddler could be waiting for potty education. in case you responded as a rule no, this is worthwhile to to attend awhile — fantastically in the experience that your toddler has those days or is approximately to stand a important replace, collectively with a flow or the appearance of a clean sibling. a toddler who opposes potty education at present could be open to the assumption in some months. there is not any could desire to positioned off potty education in the experience that your toddler has a persistent scientific subject yet is in a position to apply the bathroom in many cases. observe that the technique could take longer, although.

If she's showing signs that she's ready, TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT. Some children just develop faster than others. Congratulate yourself: that's usually a sign that your child has a higher IQ than average. And get her out of those diapers and on "the potty"... now!

I say go for it, if she is showing signs of being ready and is interested in it then there is no harm in trying. but don't be disappointed if it still takes her a while to completely grasp the concept, good luck.

No it is not too early, but if she doesn't end up responding as well as you'd like, don't get after her about it. Praise her when she does well, but don't speak harshly to her when she has accidents.
