Here's my two bits, two bits!
It was Yeshua ben Yosef al Nazrany, by the way. Jesus, son of Joseph of Nazareth, in Aramaic.
The post-Greek version of His first name, in Latin was Isaeus which became Jesus and Christ is actually His title! Emmanuel was, also, one of His titles!
The Muslims do not recognize Joseph as the token father, but call Him Isa bin Mariam, or Isa, son of Mary, the Virgin Mother.

Yeshua would probably have been the name, though this is the English Transliteration of the Hebrew ×ֵש××Ö¼×¢Ö·
But, if, I remember correct Jesus referred to himself as the Lamb of God.
Also, you can see from the answers, it really depends what language you speak.

As we speak english, we translate all words into our language to include names. Michael in english, is Miguel in spanish. These are still the same name. As God de-unified the human language, he understands the various translations and languages that humans use to pray to him.
