I'm sorry to hear that your husband is in.I know what it's like to have someone you love inside. It hurts big time. You can send them pics as long as there is no gang affiliation shown i.e. hand signs, and if you send any sort of nude or prerogative pics they have to be clean. In other words things you would find in "playboy" definitely not things you would find in "Hustler".lol.As far as paper and envelopes they can only be pre stamped envelopes from a post office. And as for paper I would send something like a writing or legal note pad. Nothing that has any sort of metal or wire on it.I hope this helps you.Be strong and good luck to you both.

Usually when sending mail to an inmate you are allowed to send pictures as long as they are not Polaroid, do not contain anything considered to be pornographic, I do not believe there is a limit on the number of pictures you are allowed to send at once. As far as sending paper and pre-stamped envelopes, I don't think that is possible. I there are accounts set up for each inmate so that they can purchase items from the commissary....paper, envelopes, and stamps. You have to send money to the inmates commissary for them to be able to use it. Most of the time it needs to be in the form of a money order and there is an accompanying form that will have the inmate information; name, spin (identification) number, prison, ect; I know that I would just ask my brother to send them to me and he was able to send them to me. But then again I am in Texas, so your best bet would be to contact the Department of Corrections for your state. There will be able to let you know for sure.
