Should have the option, marinara for one and a light cream sauce for the other, maybe a Marsala base ( I luv a blushing cream sauce) or a picatte sauce (white wine based cream sauce).

Marinara is a bit strong, as the other flavors are delicate, but vodka cream sauce is pretty weird stuff.
How about tossing it with olive oil, garlic, and shredded romano or parmesan?

I prefer vodka sauce specially if you use spinach Tortellini. If you where using cheese tortellini a classic marinara will compliment better, but then is all about preferences.

The easiest coating for tortelini is Bernsteins Italian Dressing. Just pour a little over the pasta, heat and serve. Its great for any pasta. Put a little cheese over the top, its great. Also, if you have a can of chicken broth, heat it up, put in the tortelini with a little seasonings, or a tbl of Bernsteins, and its instant soup.

I think an alfredo would be most excellent with that combo.
