Ok, i really like this guy and he is SSSOOOOO cool!! all my friends tell me he likes me but im not so sure?

i need help!!! the guy i really like is tottally cute and awesome!! :) i mean every time i talk to him or about him i get all smiley and happy!:) he is a really cool guy but im not sure if he likes me. He is always trying to find ways to "accidently" bump into me and always looking for reasons to talk to me but im still not so sure. All my friends think he likes me and they tell me that he is going to ask me out but then nothing happens
and another thing is that i really hate asking guys out because its just stupid. i mean if they like me enough they will ask me out, right? and if they dont then they may just be scared to but the way i see it is if someone is to scared to ask you out then obviosly they dont like you that much. But in any case i just want to know what everybidy else thinks before i do anything drastic. thank you for your help

The way you tell it, of course he likes you.

As for the rest -- you're on the edge of being selfish and unfair. You seem to want him to take all the risk of being rejected, while you check and recheck and recheck before sticking your neck out. Meet him part way -- compliment him, say you hope he'll ask you out, spread the word among your friends of your interest -- whatever makes sense to you.
