L'Bri Pure n' Natural has a great hand and body lotion. Aloe is the first ingredient and it doesn't have any oil in it, so it won't rub off or surfacely lubricate your skin, but will instead absorb into your skin and offer incredible healing. Check it out at suenelson.lbri.com.
