I found my makeup artist as well as a few other vendors through the knot.com! It was in the "local resources" section. They make finding vendors that fit your needs very easy. I've found that brides.com does not include specific enough regions if you live in smaller locations. Also theknot.com has a magazine available that they distribute in local areas. Good luck!

There are a ton of websites that you can advertise for free ... my advise would be to look for weddng associations in your area. Most of them offer free or very inexpensive advertising options. Good luck and congrats!!!
