Dont worry! Everyones hair falls out whether they use chemicals.. or not. It's natural to have hair that falls out.. for every hair that falls out a new one grows! (so ive heard).. If its falling out massively then maybe you should see a professional..

But if it's falling out a little bit.. or alot of singles strands at a time.. its pretty normal. Try using a thickening shampoo/conditioner and use a thickening creme for your hair when you style it.. trust me it works! Especially if you get a really good brand like 'Tigi's Bed Head'. That brand is a little on the pricey side.. there are retailers online that sell it cheaper than most salons do.. but it works really well! I had a friend who was in the same situation and i bought her the "Superstar Thick Massive Hair Lotion" by BedHead and she loved it!

Also another good kind of pricey brand that is actually new is "Body by Sebastian". They carry shampoos/conditioners.. cremes.. all that stuff that specializes in thickening your hair.

I havent tried none of the cheaper brands that most convienant stores carry.. but they might work too. If you wanna go on the cheaper side.. use "TRESemme" products. They have thickening shampoos and stuff and work pretty good.

Hope this helps!

P.S. make sure you keep your hair healthy.. try getting vitamins that specialize in hair growth if your really concerned, and ones that promote healthy hair. They work too!

You should definitely go see a dr!
it was one of the first symptoms of my lupus becoming active and my dr didn't take it seriously. It was several years later that I finally had a dx.

You should talk to your mom about having the dr do a test called an ANA, if that result is positive then you should be tested for anti double stranded DNA to further pin it down.

Lupus is one of the MOST under dx'd diseases of women and most dr's don't ever even think of it.

If you are going to get the new HPV shot you should be checked for lupus BEFORE you get the shot since it causes a hyper immune response and that can cause the lupus to flare seriously.

If you aren't eating right it can make your hair fall out. Also there are medical conditions that make your hair fall out such a thyroid problem. Go to your doctor and get checked out.

Your hair shouldn't be falling out so the best thing you can do is go and see a doctor.

have you lost a lot of weight recently? dramatic weight loss can cause your hair to fall out.

it's normal for people to lose hair. but if you're concerned that too much hair is falling out, you should talk to your doctor.

It could be worse!:] Listen, the average human being loses about 75 hairs a day, so don't panic!
