You burn calories while sitting, sleeping, drooling, etc. Everything you do burns calories and not just exercising. The more muscle mass you have the more calories you'll burn. So lifting weights will increase your resting metabolism.

There are websites online that tell you. You lose 100 calories per hour just kissing somebody.

So moderate exercise and eating healthy will go a long way. People with different mass also burn calories differently.

Your body naturally burns about 600-900 calories a day when your doing "nothing" like working a office job or watching tv whaterver. If you do half an hour of cardio at the gym your going to burn on average about 400-500 calories and then add the weights, other stuff. Just eat smaller, healthier, meals and work out 4-5 times a week and you will look a awesome!

first of all your not supposed to burn more calories than you intake, what you have to do is burn about 300 calories which is from doing your 30 min workout 4 times a week which totals 1200 cal. subract that from your total weekly calorie intake, and thats how you no if you lost a pound or not by seeing less calories then what you would normally have taking in without exercise. got it???
