You want to have some sort of exercise 3 to 5 fives a week for 20 to 30 minutes to start. Make sure to stretch before exercising. As far as the diet, taking out fast food, works wonders. Adding in healthy snacks, more fruit and vegetables, helps. Try joining a weekly exercise class to help you get motivated. You might meet someone there that will help encourage you to keep going. Whatever you do don't reward yourself with treats when you start loosing, this could set you back. Try to think positive. It takes a while for the weight to come on, so give it time to go away. Make sure to get enough sleep. Also exercising first thing in the morning is supposed to burn more fat. Good Luck!

Alright, no secrets here, no gimmicks.
Just eat a well-balanced, calorie restricted diet with consistant exercise. Count your calories to make sure you are on track, and the weight will come off.
It sounds easy, but to examine the triggers for why you can't do this can be mentally taxing, and it's hard work. But, if you can find the motivation, it is definately worthwhile. Good luck!

The best thing you can do is to exercise and of course, watch what you eat. Getting in a good cardio exercise is a key point. You have to get you rate up enough to burn not just your normal calories but you have to burn the stored fat as well. Exercise is the only way that really works. You also need to cut a few carbs and the sodas and junk food. It can't be just once in awhile it has to be a good routine. Read this for more.

I'm doing weight watchers online and LOVE it. I have been on it for 2 weeks now. I have lost 3 pounds and I have not even been exercising. I think that the points system is the easiest. The best way to keep the weight per my doctor is to lose it slowly and your more likely to keep it off. I'm sure if i exercised it would be more.

fresh herbs can really zing up a healthy meal try growing some in the kitchen using a strawberry pot preserve the flavor by adding fresh herbs at the end of the cooking process
