If you went 30 days late on your mortgage it is going to hit your credit score by about 30 points or so and it will hit your co-signers credit as well you need to tell your co-signer that this has happened. If they have not gone 30 days past due it will not show up on your credit. So if your payment was due on the 1st of February you still have time call your mortgage holder NOW TODAY and pay the payment and you will still be OK.

It would be so nice if you could set up an automatic bank payment when your payments are do. I have raised my credit score by 150 points in 18 months by paying all my credit bills this way. Of course every one cannot afford to do it but if you could!!!

You can fix it by making your future payments on time.It will show up on your credit report as a 60 day late.It will stay there awhile.
