If your gonna move it to the shower, why not just urinate down the shower drain?? ( get a bucket for #2s ...)

That depends how far the toilet is from the shower and if you can freely get to the plumbing or not. If the plumbing is open probably about $50 for PVC, wax ring, supply lines, primer and glue. If you have to cut open the floor figure in a sheet of 3/4" so you'll be around $70. This is if you are doing it yourself. It'll be a whole lot more if you have a plumber do it.

It depends on whether it is a slab or a raised floor. The shower probably will not have a drain pipe that will accommodate a commode and a new floor mount will have to be put in for the commode. If you are on a slab you will have to jack hammer a bunch of the concrete out to make the change.

If it is a raised or wooden floor the plumber can get underneath I would estimate around $250.

depends on where you live

most place charge to remove and set the toilet, but if you are changing the location, its going to cost more.
You cannot use a shower drain for a toilet. you have to change the 1" 1/2 in drain to a 3" for the toilet, and tie it to the stack, more than 5 feet from the stack it has to be revented 3 feet fromm the next highest fixture.

get three different estimates from reputable companies in your area, and choose the one who is most professional.

If you are hiring a licensed plumber (and you should) cost of new plumbing point is about $1000 (in expensive area). That would include all rough materials (stuff you don't see).
