The secret to stopping brake squeal, is to adjust the brake pads so that they have a little bit of toe-in. The front part of the brake pad must be the first part of the pad to contact the rim when you apply the brake. This adjustment should eliminate the squeal.

clean off the rim surface and clean the pads. use a little alcohol for the cleaning.

if it is allways touching the rim then u should ajust ur breaks but if they dont just put WD-40
