Well, if you are asking what they are like, I can tell you that on kibbutz the Bar Mitzvah is collective, the entire age group practices and prepares for months in advance, and they each read a haftorah. They sing, dance, talk and the majority of the kibbutz is present. It is loads of fun. Unfortunately I do not know of any specific websites, but I know that I have found tons of random info about Israel and Judaism in the Jewish Virtual Library..

If it is for your bar/bat mizvah, then you could either contact the kibbutz movement websites and ask them... or contact your nearest shaliach, they are always happy to help!

By definition... a kibbutz (or kvutza) is:
"... a voluntary collective community, mainly agricultural, in which there is no private wealth and which is responsible for all the needs of its members and their families."
(Encyclopedia Judaica, 1969)
"... an organization for settlement which maintains a collective society of members organized on the basis of general ownership of possessions. Its aims are self-labor, equality and cooperation in all areas of production, consumption and education."
first of all there are 2 different kinds of kibbutzim, there are the secular ones and then there are the religious ones.
the bar/bat mitzvah will be a diffract one depending on what you decide to go for.
your best bet is to contact the kibbutz organization , they will guide you.

You can't just have a Bat/Bar Mitzvah in a kibbutz. In today's
kibbutzim everything is privatized. So if you want to have
any kind of celebration there you have to shop around like you would for any banquet hall. I know a kibbutz in the south called
Mishmar Hanegev. They have a huge hall for any occasion you like. Either you bring your catering or maybe they have one they work with. I am sure there are many kibbutzim like Mishmar Hanagev, it just takes time to sort them out.

An Israeli collective farm. Once important in the development of Israel, kibbutzim now represent less than two percent of the population.
In a Kibbutz, everyone has an assigned job. Many people who spend summers in Israel go to work in a kibbutz. For foreigners, they get Hebrew lessons as part of the daily routine
