Do you mean amrit as in a life giving fluid? The closest we would have, that I can think of, is the "elixir of life". Currently I can't think of one single word that would equate to the word amrit.

Amrit itself, used in the amrit ceremony, is a mixture of sugar and water, which would be called sugar syrup. It depends in which context you mean :)
