What's your question? And how old is your daughter? Are you talking about "us" as in your girlfriend and you? Or your daughter and you?

your question wasnt really described very well. i assume you mean: you have been with your gf for 4-4 1/2 yrs (who is NOT the mother of ur daughter), every day you and your gf fight, your daughter wants you and her to move OUT of your girlfriends house.
if thats the case you have to decide who is more important, your daughter or your girlfriend. 4 years is a long relationship but it seems you fight almost everyday which to me seems like youre both to stubborn to give up on teh relationship, but also too stubborn to change/compromise for each other. maybe if the relationship hasnt worked in 4 years its time to move on. maybe you could stay dating your gf but move out with your daughter. you shouldnt 'punish' your daughter for the relationship/choice you make about being with this other woman. your daughter obviously misses her 'biological' mother and is probably worried about you too since youre always fighting. im sure your daughter just wants you to be happy too. sit down, have a big talk with your gf in where the relationship going, express how much your daughter means to you and see where that leads you. just remember, she may not be your girlfriend forever, but shes your daughter for life. good luck.

Why on earth would you stay in a relationship where you fight
every day? That's insane. Somebody needs to step up to the
plate here and be responsible and fix this crappy situation.
By the way, you 2 don't love each other if you fight every day.

If you are going to fight then dont do it in front of your daughter and although I am sure your daughter is lovely she is not the one in the relationship so she shouldnt be making the decisions for you although what she says should be considered.

If you two fight everyday and your daughter sees this then of course she is going to want you two , to move out. It hurts a child of any age when they see their parent/parents fighting. In this case she sees this person fighting with her dad and knows this upsets you and makes you unhappy. Sometimes kids are smarter than us. lol They see it that simple, move out. And you know what? I think she is right. Fighting on a daily bases has got to be horrible to live in. good luck to you and your daughter.

What is the point in a relationship like that. If you cannot get on and stop fighting then get out. It cannot be doing either of youany good.

You obviously are grown and should know better, and if you were my dad I would not have you living with me with your girlfriend so go and get your own place and give your daughter a break, and if your relationship is that bad let it go and move on.

if its got to a stage where its causing your daughter problems then i think that this is something you need to address but i dont think taking advice from a child on relationships is a good idea. you need to sort out your relationship with your partner and find out why your fighting then you may be able to make a decision.
good luck

Or are you a rather elderly chap who is living with his daughter along with his wrinkly old lady? And is your daughter, a busy mum of three, fed up listening to the two of you bickering over who stole whose false teeth?
