Hmmm...I mean could you please translate the girl's thoughts :))
If a guy says to a girl that she is: "very cute" - this I think means he likes her really much and even is in love with her, since it is unusual for men to use the word "cute" or "sweet", guys will use words like "hot"..."awsome"...
If a guy says to a girl that she is: "sexy"..well I dont know because I dont use that word too much :)
And when he says she is: "hot", it means that she is very attractive and probably he wants more (honestly to men that "more" means "sex"...to 80% of the males :).
So, please translate this words when spoken from a girl to guy :))

Hot and sexy could mean that the girl is comfortable with sexuality and relationships. She could also be pulling a stunt to seek attention from boys in a sad manner; making fun of you, don't ever be naive to your instincts; or she is physically attracted to you.

The girl is just using a way to comment the guy to make them feel good and get their attention! They mean they like you! not want the have sex with you. Most girls don't want to jump into having sex they want somebody that will love them!

It depends more on what she did after she said it. Some girls will say things to your face and then laugh at you behind your back with their friends.
